  1. It DOES work. This is my personal 5-minute case study:
    - I felt depressed first thing n the morning.
    - I did the shoulders back/ smile exercise as described above.
    == I did this half-heartedly.
    == I didn’t stand up. I did id sitting down.
    == but I did put a lot of effort into my smile.
    - PRESTO, within seconds my depression left me.
    - I felt relaxed, just as I wanted to feel.
    it DOES work.
